With 7 years of experience and certified in diverse fitness areas such as Zumba, African dance revolution, Silver sneakers for seniors, Aqua Fit, Power Circuit and bodywork plus abs, she provides a combination for an extraordinary, dynamic and explosive classes combining different rhythms for a fun time and perfect workout.

Specialist in Contemporary and modern Dance, great trainer of professional dancers, teaching different rhythms like Salsa, Bachata, kizomba and artistic dance, for professional and amateurs student, from junior to adults.

Claudia Lechuga

Yoga Instructor

As a Certified Yoga Instructor with more than 3 years of experience teaching students of all body types and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, her classes are the perfect combination of exercises to tone and stretch the entire body, pranayama (breath control) and relaxation. Her beautiful energy is contagious and helps you find your inner peace.

Fit Combat Instructor

Born and raised in Venezuela, he is the main leader within the US Fit Combat Organization, with 5 years of experience in fitness Martial arts and certified knowledge in boxing, functional training and circuit within the area. The music is always key piece in his Fit Combat workouts.
